She spent an entire weekend with me via phone helping me eradicate a computer virus and then completely rebuild my computer. She also built an excellent web site for my career counseling practice, complete with shopping carts, e-commerce, etc. On the same site she also spent countless hours building an audio/visual web-based workshop that required her to find and master software and assign dozens of digital audio files to the right slide at the right time.
